Aecom JV wins £150m twin resi tower deal

Aecom has been selected to build two towers opposite the proposed HS2 station in Manchester. The company has formed a joint venture with Olympian Homes to construct two towers of 20 and 16 storeys in height. Aecom will call on the expertise of its New York-based construction arm Aecom Tishman to deliver the project, which is located on Portugal Street close to Manchester's Piccadilly station.
