Earlier this month I presented at the Annual Apprenticeships Conference 2018 on how construction can speed up development of apprenticeship standards and how new standards can be best implemented. With a special focus on end-point assessment, I explored how the industry can quickly gain the support it needs to address skills gaps in order to boost productivity and support key infrastructure projects.
