Now after completing 10 projects at over £813m in value, Sisk has successfully delivered over 2,000 homes for the community at the dynamic 85 acre regeneration scheme. 1,200 of the apartments are within two of the latest and largest projects - E03 Canada Gardens, and E05 The Robinson, worth a combined total of £425m.The phased projects - which reached practical completion in June 2021 - were delivered in parallel, working out of a joint project office and were successfully handed over on time and budget despite the ongoing challenges of the pandemic. Sisk has a rich history with Quintain at Wembley Park, having successfully previously delivered 8 technically-challenging projects to equally exacting quality/time and budgetary demands. These included Quadrant Court, Forum House, Red Car Park, London Designer Outlet, Hilton London Wembley Hotel, Student Accommodation, Emerald Gardens, London Designer Outlet, and the famous reconfiguration and refurbishment of the Grade 2 listed Wembley Arena, now the SSE Arena.
