Interserve secures £125m credit facility

Interserve secured a new £125m credit facility last month. The firm, which was acquired by its lenders in a pre-pack administration last year, now has £285m of loan facilities, including the £125m financing and a £39m credit line it agreed in October. The remaining £151m was put in place by its owners following the takeover. The funds will help to "re-establish a stable platform from which to grow", the firm said, adding it would provide good liquidity for the next few years. The group's new financial arrangements were revealed in accounts for 2018, filed by an Interserve holding company.
