Subterranean retail hub plan for car park

Plans have been submitted for a £100m transformation of an underground car park in London's West End into a mixed-use build combining retail, medical and leisure facilities. Developer Reef Group plans for the building, below Cavendish Square Gardens off Oxford Street, to contain 280,000 sq ft of space across four storeys below ground level. At street level, the proposed building would have entrances to Oxford Street, Harley Street and Regent Street.
