Liverpool St plan approved

The City of London Corporation has approved plans for a major development above and around the new Crossrail station entrance called One Liverpool Street. The 10-storey office block (CGI pictured), situated at 1-14 Liverpool Street and 11-12 Blomfield Street, will provide a total of 260,000 sq ft of office space and 6,620 sq ft of ground-floor retail space.
