Quintain to develop £3.5bn of land in County Dublin

Developer Quintain has expanded into Ireland with plans to develop 9,000 homes and 600,000 sq ft of commercial buildings on sites worth £3.5bn. The move has led to the establishment of a new subsidiary, Quintain Ireland, which will develop sites in the County Dublin regions of Adamstown, Clonburris, Portmarnock and Cherrywood. The land is owned by American private equity firm Lone Star Funds, which acquired Quintain in 2016.
