Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) has received planning permission for a luxury hotel in Mayfair, which is widely reported to be worth £500m. The French company is developing two buildings in partnership with property developer O&H, which owns the sites for the developments, situated between three streets: Grafton Street, New Bond Street and Bruton Lane.
