Doosan Enpure has been awarded the £5.3m it was owed as part of a joint venture with Interserve, after a judge ruled the contractor had interpreted the JV's pain/gain contract incorrectly. Doosan and Interserve started work on an upgrade of Horsley Water Treatment Works for Northumbrian Water with a target cost of £36.9m in early 2016.
