Westfield JV to be contractor on £670m job

Westfield is set to deliver a £670m residential development in Stratford as part of a joint venture. The retail operator turned property giant partnered up with investors PSP and QuadReal Property to form the Cherry Park joint venture, which will act as both developer and management contractor for the scheme.
