Norwich-based Y Construction Ltd has been fined £250,000 for carrying out unlicensed asbestos cleaning work. Following an investigation by the Health and Safety Executive, Norwich Magistrates' Court heard how the firm took on a refurbishment at Rose Lane Business Centre, including a former kitchen and canteen.
