In 2018, P Flannery Plant Hire focused on four key areas - people, safety, sustainability and innovation - with the simple aim of delivering excellent value for customers. The firm's investment strategy drives its sustainable credentials. Last year, Flannery invested more than £38m in kit, including 500 new tier four-compliant machines, bringing the average age of its 3,000-unit fleet to under 20 months. On a typical day, between 500 and 700 of the firm's operators will be working on site; more than 50 delivery vehicles and 80 fitters cover sites across the UK, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
