Iran’s Khorasan Steel Complex (KSC) has revised new project commissioning dates, a company representativetold Metal Expert.A 2.5 million tpy pellet plant in Neyshabur, Razavi Khorasan province, is expected to be launched inOctober, though before the company planned the production start for August. Currently KSC is completingequipment installation, which will feed its 1.6 million tpy DRI operations.
