Chinese contractor to lead £1bn Bolton regen

Beijing Construction and Engineering Group International has won a £1bn regeneration deal for Bolton's town centre. BCEGI has agreed a heads of terms deal to join the consortium behind the scheme and lead on its delivery. The £lbn transformation will see 1,800 homes built and is expected to create 7,400 jobs on five key sites in the town.
