Members get a preview of two major Birmingham builds

Gob Birmingham and Novus groups paid a site visit to Snow Hill 2 - the Birmingham City Centre commercial project - in November, just weeks before handover. Alain Gordon-Seymour, senior engineer for Balfour Beatty, introduced the scheme, which is in the second of three phases. The building is 21 storeys, offers high-class office accommodation, four retail units at podium level and includes four levels of basement car parking. The project features four glazed lifts that offer views out over the city, and Europe's longest green wall.
