Life Cycle Project Management: A Systems Approach to Managing Complex Projects

Hemanta Doloi is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Melbourne and has written a book that explores the use of simulation techniques as planning tools for life cycle project management. His book describes a systems-based approach for project management and presents alternative simulation techniques for assessing life cycle project performance from a business perspective. It concludes with an analysis of two case studies that were conducted to test, validate, and demonstrate application of the simulation techniques described.
