The rugged design of the rnlatest portable compressors from Atlas Copco's DrillAir range is "absolutely critical", according to John Hort, the company's vice president for marketing.rnSpeaking at the product launch, which took place at Atlas Copco's Portable Air Division headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium, he said the 35 bar DrillAir XRYS 557 and 577, which offer increased air delivery of 33 to 34,2 m3/minute, for use in construction, geothermal and water well drilling as well as mineral mining and oil and gas applications are built to last.
