This year's main event for europe's rnconstruction equipment manufacturers will be the Intermat exhibition in Paris, which takes place from 20 to 25 April. In such uncertain economic times, the show will undoubtedly be a more low-key affair than when it was last held, in 2006, but it will nevertheless be a major event. rnThe 2006 show saw more than 1400 companies take exhibition space, and 75% of these were from outside France, representing a total of 42 countries. Visitor numbers came in at 210000, and 45% of these came from outside France, with a staggering 160 countries represented.
