March saw confidence in Europe's construction sector take another step forward, with month-on-month activity improving for the second month in a row, and sentiment about the future remaining strong.Following on from February's marginal result, a balance - the number of positive responses minus the number of negative ones - of +24.3% of respondents to the March survey said they were busier this month than in February. It was the first time this level of confidence had been as high since April 2011.
