BBA Pumps, based in the Netherlands, has introduced a new line of electrically driven solids handling pumps - auto prime pumps with a capacity of 100 m~3/hour to a maximum of 6,500 m~3/hour. The company said the BA diesel driven pumps had been on the market for many years, but with the development of a new standard norm block construction (NMC), BBA Pumps offered a modular and compact electrically driven pump design that was fully in-sync with the company's lowest cost of ownership philosophy.
