摘要

Indian contractor Larsen &Toubro (L&T) has been awarded an INR3655 crore (€435 million) contract to design and construct a new north-south road in Qatar. The contract is for the 11 km AI Wakrah Bypass Road - a continuation of an existing urban north-south high-speed corridor of the Doha Expressway. The new road, awarded by the Qatar Public Works Authority, will consist of ten lanes and four future lane sections with additional collectors/distributor roads, frontage roads and ramps.
