Targeting accuracy improvements

Topcon Positioning Group has introduced a new laser scanner that it claims combines high speed, long range and data accuracy. The GLS-2000 is operated by a touch-controlled colour screen that provides for one-touch scanning using pre-set parameters. In addition, 360° scanning capability is said to ensure maximum coverage from each scan position, reducing time spent on site.
