The last 12 months have seen big movements in the demolition excavator sector - and while some companies have re-entered the market they were once in, other established manufacturers in the market have continued to innovate with new products. A fleet of Hitachi's hybrid excavators have been purchased by DEC (DEME Environmental Contractors), to work on its soil and sediment recycling centres in Belgium.
