Earthworks X200 is Hemisphere GPS' full 2D grade control system for excavators. The 2D solution is said to be ideal for applications such as trenching, custom profiles, digging basements, blind cuts, slopes and layering. The system ensures accurate grade control for nearly all types and sizes of excavators, claims the company. Productivity savings can be as high as 30-50% depending on the application, says Hemisphere GPS. Hemisphere GPS also offers a full 3D excavator guidance system (X300).
