JLG Unveils Its Highest Capacity Telehandler

JLG has expanded its telehandler line with the 2733. It is the highest capacity telehandler the company offers, at 26,000 pounds of maximum capacity, and is purpose-built to handle and haul heavy, bulky materials, load and unload trucks and trailers, and help maintenance personnel work on larger fleet equipment. The 2733 telehandler has 33 feet of maximum lifting height and an 8,000-pound capacity at maximum reach. It is designed for pick-and-carry applications in above-ground mining, wind energy, oil and gas, industrial construction, and large-scale commercial construction projects. ILG says that with the wide range of specialized attachments available, the unit can replace machines such as wheel loaders that traditionally come with higher rental rates. According to the company, the 2733 can take the place of wheel loaders in certain applications where greater lift height and forward reach is desired.
