摘要

A hydration kinetics based multiscale framework is proposed to predict the macroscopic elastic moduli of the ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC). The hydration kinetic model herein is developed by considering the hydration process of the compound cementitious system at the low water-binder ratios. The constituents' volume evolutions are quantitatively calculated with the reaction degrees of the Portland cement and the silica fume, with which the UHPC's elastic moduli are predicted by using the multiscale and multi-level homogenization scheme. Numerical results illustrate that the proposed model can estimate the hydration degrees and macroscopic elastic moduli well for UHPC. (C) 2020 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
