Ein Themenwegkonzept für Prozessschutzgebiete: Der Drachenpfad im NSG Lanken - Verwildern von Kulturlandschaft

Der vorliegende Text befasst sich mit den generellen Potenzialen der Bildungseinrichtung Themenweg (allgemein bekannt als Lehrpfad) und stellt mit dem „Drachenpfad" eine Variante vor, die das Verwildern von Kulturlandschaft thematisiert. Die dargestellten Grundgedanken sind hierbei auf jedes Prozessschutzgebiet übertragbar. Die nachfolgend vorgestellte Konzeption arbeitet mit mehreren Intensitäts stufen hinsichtlich Betreuung und Eigenaktivität des Besuchers und nutzt drei unterschiedliche Formen der Annäherung an Natur im Gelände, wodurch verschiedene Zielgruppen angesprochen werden können. Vorangestellt ist eine kurze Reflexion zur Rolle des direkten Naturkontakts für Bildungszwecke, gefolgt von einer Einführung in das Gebiet und einer sehr knappen Abhandlung möglicher Wertkategorien.%The paper analyses the general potentials of 'theme trails' as an educational instrument. The example of the 'dragon trail' in the nature reserve 'Lanken' introduces a variant focussing on processes that occur when cultural landscapes turn back into wilderness. Its basic ideas can be transferred to any area of process conservation. The concept defines different levels of intensity in terms of guidance and own activity of the visitors, distinguishing three types of approaches to nature in the field which allow different types of visitors to be attracted. Starting with a short reflection on the role of direct experience with nature for environmental education the paper provides an introduction into the area and a brief tract on possible categories of values.
