The emphasis of Winkler und Dunnebier Suesswarenmaschinen GmbH (WDS) is on continuous customer care for the international candy industry. All WDS confectionery plants are traditionally manufactured in a modular fashion, which allows each customer to individually tailor a line for their specific requirements. The "core" of the WDS confectionery plants are the traditional and highly flexible depositing systems, either One-Shot or Triple-Shot. A new development has been presentedrnby offering the 'Easy-Clean' function for the whole range of confectionery depositing machines. This new feature allows for a complete mass exchange in the depositors even with delicaternmasses such as white versus dark chocolate, in less than 15 minutes.
