Costello wins UK heat of World Chocolate Master

John Costello, the innovation chef from Park Cakes in Bury, Manchester has beat off four other top chocolatiers and pastry chefs to take the title of the UK's World Chocolate Master contestant. He will now represent the UK in the world final at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris in October 2011.
