Siab will host numerous events and collateral initiatives. Each of the trade categories at the exhibition will benefit from comparisons and updates thanks to attendance by experts in every reference field. Main sector associations, schools and trade magazines include FIPPA (Italian Federation of bakers, confectioners and related trades), Richemont Club Italia (reporting to the Richemont Bread and Pastry School in Lucerna) and CAST Alimenti (the Food Art, Science and Technology Centre).
