When the Goody Good Stuff range of sweets was launched a couple of years ago, it was the culmination of a 15 year long research programme to develop a product that was safe for everyone to eat. The time taken to formulate the product was both fraught and challenging as we attempted to find ways to modify existing manufacturing practices to incorporate the use of a newly developed vegetarian gel.
