Established in 1814, Cemoi is a company that continues to evolve and innovate, without losing sight of its core values and beliefs. "Cocoa is in our blood," explains chief executive officer, Patrick Poirrier, who represents the third generation of the family to take the reins. With a new factory completed in 2008, and a focus on traceability and sustainability, Cemoi is a company that is looking to the future. Originally specialising in chocolate bars, the company now manages the entire production process from grinding the cocoa beans to wrapping and packaging the end product, which ranges from powder for making drinking chocolate to truffles, coated marshmallows and chocolate bars.
