The atmosphere in the competition areas was electric. They were the stage for The Bakery Masters, the International Confectionery Art Competition, the French Schools Cup, the selection rounds for the French Coffee Championships and the selection round for the Bocuse d'Or France. On the stands, visitors had the opportunity to discover new products and innovations. The future of the baking sector was showcased at the Europain 2014 Innovation Trophies ceremony, which included awards for production equipment, production processes and small appliances.
