The show provides an opportunity for decision makers from across a range of industries to network with key manufacturers and distributors, all set against a back drop of innovation and industry expertise. We feature a selection of the exhibitors on pages 30-31. Also in this issue, we bring you news of innovative new developments in printing. Printing in 3D is hardly a new concept and specially designed printers have been used to make all sorts of objects, mostly out of plastic. However, confectioners are now getting in on the act, developing 3D printers that can manufacture a wide range of confectionery products, using raw ingredients and pre-mixed or manufactured materials.
