COMADEM 2016 was hosted by Xi’an Jiaotong University located in Shaanxi Province of China during the 20th to 22nd August 2016. More than 240 delegates participated in this event. Refereed technical papers numbering more than 100 covering various themes such as Monitoring, Diagnosis, Prognosis and Health Management, System Fault Diagnosis and Control, Advanced Signal Processing and Big Data Technology, Maintenance Engineering, Technologies and Integrated Systems, Modelling, Analysis and Optimization, Risk, Safety Assessment and Management and Sensor Technologies, Damage Detection were presented. Abstracts of some of the papers presented in this event were published in the previous issue of the journal as Part 1.
