Recladding the Westchester County Courthouse, New York with GRC panels

The project required 17,725m~2 of GRC panels. Four basic types were used: flat shear walls, fin covers, column covers, and spandrels. Panels were attached by welding panel frames to steel plates, the latter being attached using expansion anchors or epoxy anchors. All connections are hidden in the completed structure. This project is one of the largest single building GRC recladding projects undertaken in the USA.
