VStructural, LLC (VSL), has announced the passing of William "Bill" C. Bailey, PE, VSL Florida Division Manager. Bailey, 63, died on September 29,2007, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, of cancer. A member of the VSL team since 2004, Bailey had a distinguished career with the company and was also well recognized as an industry leader. Earlier this year, Bailey was honored as a Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI) Fellow for his outstanding contributions to the post-tensioning industry. He is also a Past President of PTI, has been an active member of the Certification Committee and was Chair of PTI's Unbonded Tendon Committee.
