The application of precast concrete components and in-situ concrete is already practical experience. Appropriate planning does not only speed up the construction process but also may open up new potential savings. Besides the classical process planning, a universal mounting and safety concept is necessary for an expeditious construction progress. For the new development of a sports hall in Koblenz/Germany the shuttering manufacturer together with the building constructor developed such a holistic strategy.%Der Einsatz von Betonfertigteilen und Ortbeton ist gängige Praxis. Bei entsprechend guter Planung wird nicht nur der Bauablauf beschleunigt, sondern es können auch neue Einsparpotenziale erschlossen werden. Neben der klassischen Arbeitsvorbereitung ist für einen zügigen Baufortschritt ein durchgängiges Montage- und Sicherheitskonzept notwendig.
