For structural engineers, it regroups the applicable provisions, provides the option to freely agree on fees for special services, replaces the term of basic services with services, introduces the new concept of "other services", enables the parties to freely agree on hourly fees, and replaces the previous costing procedures relevant to fee calculation with the costing and building cost agreement model.
