As the New Year approaches, we once again have a chance to "look both ways"-back at where we have been and what we have accomplished, and forward to the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. This year has produced a slow, but growing economy together with some very significant weather events. It appears that 2014 will bring more of the same.
