WSC boss airs reservations over US security initiatives

While it supports most of the US Government's cargo security initiatives, the World Shipping Council (WSC) still has reservations regarding 'Implementing the 9/11 Commission Recommendations Act', and other related projects. These concerns were outlined by Christopher Koch, the WSC's president and ceo, in a recent address to the Subcommittee on Border, Maritime and Global Counter-terrorism of the US Government's House Homeland Security Committee.
