Selection of design project with the consideration of designers' satisfaction factors and collaboration ability

Design project selection is the first important part of design project management. However choosing right design projects is seldom easy, especially to consider about the satisfaction of the designer to the design projects and collaboration ability for the designer in the design projects. Even though, there are various methods for - selecting projects, most of these methods not consider about the satisfaction of the designer and collaboration ability of the designer. Therefore, we studied designer's satisfaction to design projects and collaboration ability in design projects in the design project selection process. In this paper, we propose a project selection method, which consider about the designers' satisfaction to the candidate multi-project and collaboration ability in the candidate multi-project. The main objective of our research is to help project manager to find an adaptable and comfortable multi-project to the designer.
