78th Infantry Division, World War II Living History Association v. Oprendek [No. 11-165 (D. N.J. 08/04/2011)] arose out of the alleged unauthorized taking of a Web site domain and its contents. The Association is a nonprofit organization that provides World War II re-enactments and educates the public about World War II. Defendant previously performed the work of a Webmaster and Web site committee member for the Association. In 2000, a former member of the Association created a Web site for the Association.
