ITIL Stands Out as Fast-Growth IT Management Practice

It stands to reason that the most widely adopted IT management practices would not be the fastest-growing ones. In fact, fast growth is often a characteristic of emerging practices that have yet to be embraced widely by IT organizations. In this study, we put the spotlight on practices that are growing the most quickly, but caution that this does not mean they are the most popular or successful practices.
