Once upon a time, there was a Competitive Intelligence professional with a lot of information on hand. A lighting strike struck and gave him many different tools, such as portals, social media, wikis, devices, and apps to help spread the wealth of his knowledge. Excited by the new set of toys, which gave him unmatched powers, he connected and conveyed with sales calls and customers more than ever before. He was on cloud nine. But, it was very short-lived, he waited and waited wondering if anyone would ever listen to him in the real world, or if he would use the new powers bestowed upon him efficiently.
