摘要

The characteristics of the dynamic systems exerted by discontinuous piecewise constant forces are investigated. Compared to the systems under continuous exertions, diverse behaviors of the systems with discontinuous exertions are found. Responses of the systems to various piecewise constant exertions under different initial conditions are analyzed theoretically and numerically. Conditions of oscillation and stability are also presented for such piecewise systems.
