The boss of a Somerset haulier is to auction off his fleet of vehicles following his decision to retire. Trevor Beanland, MD of Highbridge-based DJS Freight Services, will be 65 in January and will retire, bringing to an end the company he started in 1995. "Business is as good as it ever has been as the fuel prices have come down in the past six to eight months," he said. The company primarily moved agricultural products like fertilisers and seeds, as well as finished and waste paper.
