Four drivers at Northern Irish haulier M&S Freight Forwarding have been convicted of offences connected to fraud and forgery of tachograph records. Newry Crown Court was told that the Driver & Vehicle Agency (DVA) and Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), carried out a joint investigation between April 2012 and September 2012 into the operation of vehicles owned by the firm, which is based in Keady, County Armagh.
