Instructor register launched

A second register for HGV driving instructors has been launched, with its creators promising to campaign for trainers and drive cowboys out of the industry. The creation of the not-for-profit National Vocational Driving Instructor Register (NVDIR) follows the RTITB's announcement that its own register will go live on 1 January, when the DVSA's responsibility for maintaining the database ends (CM 8 December).
