CANADA Drugs, an online Canadian pharmacy that had affiliates in the UK and Barbados, has been charged in the US with selling $78 million worth of unapproved, mislabeled and, in two cases, counterfeit cancer drugs to doctors across the United States over three years. The US indictment charges Canada Drugs with smuggling, money laundering and conspiracy, even though 13 of the 14 companies and individuals named as defendants are located outside the US.
